I got my Turbro heater from turbro.com a few months ago, it’s still been working great. I use it a lot on cold mornings, and it just does its job, no weird noises, no issues, nothing annoying. It feels sturdy, reliable, and well made. Shipping was fine too, so overall, I’m happy with it.

The answer was clear and straightforward, no back-and-forth or confusing instructions. It was nice dealing with a company that actually replies when you need help. Put this up over the weekend after I’d already had a long morning running errands, and it went up way easier than I expected. I had my coffee sitting on the step the whole time and barely even needed to check the instructions. No frustration, no extra trips to the hardware store, just a quick and easy install.

Picked up a Turbro unit for our living room and it’s been great so far. The heat comes on quick on chilly mornings, and it did a solid job cooling the room on the warmer days too. It’s not super loud, which I was happy about. Setup was simple, though it took me a little bit to figure out the remote lol. Overall, really happy with it and would defintely buy again...

I picked up an electric fireplace from Turbro, and overall I’d say the quality is good for what it costs. The metal body feels sturdy, and it looks nice enough in my living room without feeling cheap.

It starts putting out heat quickly, maybe within a few minutes, and the controls are simple to figure out. The packaging seemed decent too, and everything arrived in good shape with no dents or broken pieces that I noticed.
The main reason I’d give it around 4 stars is that the fan is a bit louder than I was expecting. It’s not awful by any means, but at night it’s noticeable if the room is quiet.
